I would like to work at NK, who should I contact?
NK departments manage and recruit their own personell. If you are interested in a career please contact the specific department where you would like to work or do your trainee. Where can I buy a Gift Card?
Gift cards can be purchase at NK Servicecenter situated on the Lower level. The gift cards are valid on all NK departments. A gift card can not be exchanged for cash or be used as payment for new gift cards, or to purchase foreign currency at Forex. The gift cards come in two values, 100SEK and 500SEK and are valid for a limited time, which stated on the cards. If the cards expires they are no longer valid and can not be used as payment. The gift cards are valid in both NK Stockholm and NK Göteborg.
Companies can buy gift cards on invoice, please contact NK Servicecenter for details. Gift cards can not be purchased via NK.se.
I have lost something in the store, what do I do?
Contact our lost property department, +46 (0) 8 762 88 76. Opening hours are the same as the store.
Where can I ask questions regarding a specific product?
Please contact the department where the product is sold. Browse the department listing in the right column for phone numbers. If you don't know which department which sells the product please mail email@example.com for guidance.
Where can I find out if NK sells a specific brand?
Use the search field in the top right corner. If the brand is available in the store this will show in the search result.
How can I get in touch with a specific department?
Best way is to give them a call, the phone number can be found by browsing the department listing in the right colum.
Who do I contact for questions regarding old or antique NK products?
Unfortunately we don't have information about NK products bought before 1991, when NK re-established to become a department store consisting of only independent departments. Facts about certain historical items kan be found at Nordiska Museet or Centre for Business in Sockholm, which both have some NK products archived.
Do NK sell products online?
NK does not have an online shop and can thereby not offer this service.
Buying terms and conditions at NK?
NK offers a 30 days return policy if returned with receipt and original wrapping. Returns are not available on sales items, special orders or other products such as food, groceries, magazines, tobacco, bathing suites with broken sealing. In case of a return where the products have been bought on a credit card the amount can only be refunded on the same credit card.
How do I make a complaint?
If you have a complaint about a product please contact the department where you bought it.
Am I allowed to bring my dog in the department store?
NK allows dogs in both stores. In restaurants, cafées and other food courts dogs are not allowed due to hygienical reasons. Exception seeing-eye dogs which which are allowed in food areas. Dogs should be kept leashed and on observation with respect for other guests.
