The staff at the NK Servicecenter on the lower ground floor will be delighted to answer your questions about tax-free shopping, shipping, payments, gift certificates, joining the NK Nyckeln bonus programme, and much more. Lower ground floor.

MULTILINGUAL PERSONNEL

Because NK serves an international clientele, our personnel speak many foreign languages, English being the primary one. Each member of staff wears a little sign indicating the languages they speak.

Dedicated to providing an unparalleled degree of personal service, this is the room to visit to arrange a private consultation about your personal style or schedule personal shopping assistance – for ladies or gentlemen. To save you time and effort, stylists search the store to find the pieces that best suit you. You can then try on their finds in our private changing rooms. Lower ground floor.

TAX-FREE SHOPPING

If you live outside the European Union, you can claim up to 17.5% of the value-added tax (sales tax) you have paid on your purchases in Sweden. This tax is included in the price. If you spend more than SEK 200 at NK , ask for a Global Refund Cheque. When leaving the EU, you can cash the cheque at a Global Refund or agent office. SHIPPING

If you wish, we can have your goods shipped to you. If your shipping address is outside the European Union, you can deduct the valueadded tax (sales tax) at the point of purchase. Ask for a shipping card at NK Servicecenter or sales counter. Freight costs are extra.
